- Memberships are valid only for the registered child(ren) listed at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.
- Each membership allows one visit per child and one adult per day.
- A supervising adult is required at all times while children are using the play space.
- Memberships do not guarantee entry during peak times, private events, or special ticketed events unless otherwise stated.
- Advance booking or check-in may be required, subject to availability.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless specified.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once activated.
- Kira Kids Café reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if terms are violated or if behavior poses a safety concern.
- Membership access may be temporarily limited due to capacity restrictions, maintenance, or special events.
- Kira Kids Café is not responsible for lost or stolen membership cards or digital passes.
